I’d love to know your thoughts on the vintage Georg Jensen boom we’re seeing in Europe!

Oh, that's interesting, Camilla! I've always thought Georg Jensen's pieces have had a strong following among collectors in both the EU and the States for quite a while. In my opinion, anything designed by Jensen is always a smart investment.

His timeless design and craftsmanship have definitely made vintage pieces highly sought after. The current "boom" that you're describing might be driven by a renewed love for mid-century and Scandinavian design—areas where Georg Jensen really shines. There's a growing trend everywhere, not just in the EU, towards vintage and sustainable luxury as you well know. People are increasingly drawn to items with history and character rather than mass-produced goods. The revival of interest in Danish and Scandinavian culture likely plays a big role too, with collectors and enthusiasts eager to own a piece of that heritage.

Do you won any Jensen? I'm always on the look out!

I agree! I own lots of Georg Jensen home pieces and my aunt and mother own a lot of 70s Georg Jensen silver pendants - I hadn’t quite realised how popular they are again - but scouring EBay I’ve suddenly seen a resurrection of interest and pricing. I think it follows the Griegst revival too? Agree that Scandinavian design is having a window of popularity again!
