Hi, lovely people! Coming to you live from my living room, where I'm typing away with my newborn happily suckling in a Boba ring sling –honestly, this thing has been a lifesaver for my arms, my butt (sitting during the on-demand feedings had me fearing I'd end up with a pancake), and my sanity, letting me move (somewhat) freely again. Anyway, I digress, here's your chance to save me from myself and this postpartum case of the shoppies that has flared up! With more time than ever to browse and fill wishlists, I figured I'd share the secondhand finds I'm currently eyeing, feeling inspired by, or simply loving. Many of these are alternatives to gold (all but one), which, as you know if you're following along, is at an all-time high. Hoping these items find good homes before I'm tempted to bring them home myself!

Tassels are everywhere right now – on necklaces, belts, charms…! These vintage 1990s statement earrings are a party for your ears. Check the details: oversized black acrylic discs with amber resin cabs and long black silk tassels finished with beaded accents, oof.

How delicious are these vintage Schiaparelli beaded earclips! I love jewelry that travels up the ear, and these do just that with their S-curve design. The dangling, berry-like coral pearlized glass beads are so indicative of the post-war period, which is a vibe.

I've shouted out this Etsy seller several times before – they are responsible for my newfound interest in bakelite! This particular brooch has had my eye for a while, so I'm shocked it's still available…

You guys know I love a conversation starter, and this bracelet is certainly that! Have you ever seen anything like it? This is a rare Jean Claude Darveau Op Art (short for optical art) lucite plexiglass bracelet from the 1960s. Talk about a wearable art moment, sheesh

1970s vintage silver tubogas bracelet (which, if not already clear, tubogas style jewelry is trending, as Irene pointed out!) needs a loving owner, but sadly, my silver allergy means it can't be me. I'm still so tempted to buy it anyway and just wear it cuffed over a long sleeve shirt or cardigan... allergies be damned!
